John Rodgers, Director, IT Infrastructure Program - Data Center Strategy Kaiser Permanente
John Rodgers currently leads the Data Center Strategy work track in Kaiser Permanente's Information Technology organization.
Comprised of three other work tracks, the IT Infrastructure
Program is - a multi-year initiative that is transforming the organization's technology capacity and capability, including its compute space, networks and utilities.
Before joining the Infrastructure Program, John led Kaiser Permanente's National Solution Center and Wintel/Citrix support groups.
These teams provided several levels of technical expertise related to desktop, email, mobile, provisioning, software solutions and operational support of the Windows server environment.
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, John was the Perot Systems IT Delivery Manager at the St. Joseph Healthcare System where he was responsible for the outsourced IT services provided across the account's ten hospitals and healthcare delivery sites throughout California and west Texas.
has more than twenty-five years of experience in delivering IT products and services across multiple industries.
Prior to his roles in healthcare he held successive management roles in financial, pharma, medical device and telecom companies within the United States, Belgium and Bermuda.
John holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Computer and Information Science from the University of California, Irvine, and certificates in ITIL v3 Foundation, Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
