He is committed to promoting service excesllence and continuous improvement across all areas. This has helped Pathmeads to deliver a significantly higher level of service to our customers in recent years.
John is an experienced member of staff with a wealth of knowledge about Pathmeads' business. He has held a variety of posts in the company from dealing with voids to being a Housing Team Manager. Prior to joining Pathmeads, he was part of a project team at Leeds City Council who implemented an award winning customer service centre.
John is Chair of the National Housing Federation Leased Accommodation Practitioners Group and also sits on the G15 Homelessness Steering Group.
