Mr. O'Neil received a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1978, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1984.
Mr. O'Neil joined JGW International Ltd. in 1984 as a Marketing Executive and subsequently developed and implemented an overall business plan for entry into the U.S. market by a European electronic instrumentation firm.
