John S. Nargiso
serves as of counsel to the firm through Nargiso Law & Economics PLLC.
Mr. Nargiso focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and project finance, real estate, litigation and regulatory compliance, and economic development in Indian Country.
Mr. Nargiso's prior legal experience includes practicing at the law firm of Fried Frank LLP, where his practice was concentrated in the areas of corporate finance and real estate finance.
Mr. Nargiso has served as a principal and advisor in numerous economic development projects in Indian Country and has been involved in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex financings, private equity investments, public bond offerings, partnerships and joint ventures involving Native American Tribes and Majority Owned and Operated Native American companies.
has worked on various corporate and project financings, including debt and equity offerings, senior bank financings, mezzanine financings, merger and acquisition financings, and complex restructurings and recapitalizations.
In the area of real estate finance, he
has represented lenders, buyers, funds and private partnerships in a variety of deals, including acquisitions, financings, leases, development projects and complex real estate structurings.
Mr. Nargiso served as General Counsel of Fearless Eagle, Inc., a Washington, D.C. based not-for-profit corporation focused on promoting education.
Mr. Nargiso received his B.A. from Rutgers College, where he was a Henry Rutgers Honors Scholar in Economics, and he received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
