He served as the Deputy Regional Director of the Washington Regional Office from 1979 to 1991. He also served in various other capacities within the agency from 1972 to 1979.
From August 1970 to May 1972, Mr. Iglehart served as a Manpower Development Specialist with the U.S. Department of Labor. During the period April 1969 to August 1970, he was employed by the Manpower Assistance Project.
Mr. Iglehart has received numerous awards attesting to his unmatched dedication, talent, professionalism and untiring efforts in the course of helping to foster minority business development.
Mr. Iglehart is a native of Waco, Texas and a product of the Waco school system. He obtained his BA Degree from Arkansas AM&N and his MA Degree from Prairie View A&M. He and his wife reside in McGregor, Texas.
