Flaschner joins the TPC's after serving as Executive Director of the American Golf Foundation (AGF), where he mobilized thousands of volunteers nationwide to conduct charity golf tournaments and other golf-related fundraising activities for a variety of grass roots non-profit organizations.He
also distinguished himself as a leader in the effort to make golf affordable and accessible for juniors, inner-city youths and women by collaborating with key golf industry organizations to create and develop golf instructional and outreach programming.Prior to joining AGF, Flaschner served for 13 years in public relations, communications and marketing with American Golf Corporation following a successful career in hotel management.
