Prior to joining Rockwell, Dr. Fallon was President of Allied Signal International and a Corporate Vice President of Allied Signal, Inc., responsible for all Allied Signal's international marketing and business development activities in the aerospace, automotive and chemicals markets.Earlier he was Vice President, International Operations for The Garrett Corporation, based in Paris and responsible for its European, Middle East and African aerospace sales.,He joined the Department of Defense Program Analysis and Evaluation Group in the Pentagon in 1972 and in 1974 moved to the Energy Research and Development Administration, where he was responsible for the allocation of all R&D funding for energy conservation and energy production programs.,Dr. Fallon graduated from Liverpool University, UK with a B. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and gained his Ph.D. there in 1965.A private pilot, he is the author of over 30 papers and articles.He is a member of several US and European professional engineering societies and a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics.Earlier he was a board member of the National Foreign Trade Council; a member of the European Institute; a member of the Board of Trustees, US Council for International Business; and a member of the Senior International Committee, Aerospace Industries Association.,For ten years, he led the teams and directed development of marketing analyses, market plans and the production of marketing materials for the former Pease AFB, Scott Joint Use AFB, Willow Run Airport, Plattsburgh AFB, Cecil Field NAS, K.
