has spent 20 years in the high technology market place and four years with major US government agencies in Washington, D.C.He
is a poised and articulate public speaker, increasingly involved in the international arena, focusing on marketing strategy development, collection and assessment of market intelligence, identification of new products, technologies and markets, and the creation of international alliances. Before forming JBF Associates, Dr. Fallon was Senior Vice President with Rockwell International Corporation, responsible for all international marketing activities, headquartered in Washington, D.C. with branch offices in London, Moscow, Hong Kong, Beijing, Seoul, Delhi and Tokyo.
Rockwell's overseas sales in the aerospace, electronics, automotive, graphics and automation industries were then $3 Billion annually. Prior to joining Rockwell, Dr. Fallon was President of Allied-Signal International and a Corporate Vice President of Allied-Signal, Inc., responsible for all Allied-Signal's international marketing and business development activities in the aerospace, automotive and chemical markets. Earlier, he was Vice President, International Operations for the Garrett Corporation, based in Paris and responsible for its European, Middle East and African aerospace sales.He joined the Department of Defense Program Analysis and Evaluation Group in the Pentagon in 1972 and in 1974 moved to the Energy Research and Development Administration, responsible for the allocation of all R & D funding for energy conservation and energy production programs. Dr. Fallon graduated from Liverpool University UK with a Bachelors' Degree. in mechanical engineering and gained his Ph.D. in engineering from the same faculty in 1963.He
is author of over 30 papers and articles.He is a member of several US and European professional engineering societies, a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics; and was a board member of the National Foreign Trade Council; a member of the European Institute; a member of the Board of Trustees, US Council for International Business; and a member of the Senior International Committee, Aerospace Industries Association
