Prior to joining Rockwell, Dr. Fallon was President of Allied Signal International and a Corporate Vice President of Allied Signal, Inc., responsible for all Allied Signal's international marketing and business development activities in the aerospace, automotive and chemicals markets.Earlier he was Vice President, International Operations for The Garrett Corporation, based in Paris and responsible for its European, Middle East and African aerospace sales.,He joined the Department of Defense Program Analysis and Evaluation Group in the Pentagon in 1972 and in 1974 moved to the Energy Research and Development Administration, where he was responsible for the allocation of all R&D funding for energy conservation and energy production programs.,Dr. Fallon graduated from Liverpool University, UK with a B.
