John Dail, president and CEO of J. Arthur Dail Inc., told members of the city Finance Committee at Monday's regular meeting that they are taking the right steps to reduce health care costs, while at the same time improving the health of workers.

"To have a negative trend in this day and age is amazing," Dail said.
