John Bulina was elected for a second term as Vice President for Finance of the New Jersey School Boards Association on May 17, 2008.
On the local level, Bulina has been a member of the Tabernacle Board of Education for 18 years, serving four years as president and five years as vice president.
He served as a member of Tabernacle's Personnel, Finance, Budget, Strategic Planning, Negotiations, Education, and Building and Grounds Committees.
Bulina served as vice president for legislation of the Burlington County School Boards Association for one year and executive vice president forfour years.
He serves as a commissioner for the Burlington County Educational Media and Technology Center.
He also served as delegate to the NJSBA Delegate Assembly.

Bulina served as chair of the New Jersey School Boards Association's Standards and Assessment Committee and an NJSBA at-large representative on NJSIAA's Executive Committee.

Bulina received his B.S. in Education from State University of New York, Oswego.
He also received his Masters of Arts, Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Bulina is an Adjunct Professor at Burlington County College.
