"With the completion of the outlet works replacement at Martin Lake, the refill of water in the lake began on May 21," said Lathrop State Park Manager John Brandstetter.
Brandstetter also said the water temperature may be colder than normal for this time of year, since the water flowing into Martin Lake is being drawn from the bottom of Horseshoe Lake.
