Good Shepherd Episcopal Church John Barry, Interim Organist/Choirmaster John Barry, our Interim Organist/Choirmaster, retired in 2007 from St. John's Cathedral in Jacksonville. At the cathedral, John was the Canon for Music for 31 years. Most recently, he was the Interim Organist/Choirmaster at St. Mark's Episcopal in Ortega. John was responsible for the original design of the Austin Reed pipe organ at St. John's Cathedral, as well as the rebuild of that same organ 2006, making it the largest organ in Jacksonville. He continues to consult and design for organ building projects. John can be contacted at his home, 730-8680, or contact the church secretary for his office hours.
