Joel David Rudolph, Sr., An Apostle in the Lord's Church, serves as the senior pastor at the Christian Fellowship Center & Outreach Ministries both in Paterson and in Tennessee.He is the founder of The Lord's Table Ministries and serves as the Chief Apostle to the Unity of the Spirit Interdenominational Fellowship of Churches and Ministries(USIF).
ASincere Man of God, Pastor Rudolph was converted to Christianity at an early age.He received and accepted his call to ministry in 1976, while attending Shiloh Pentecostal Church of Somerville, New Jersey, where he was ordained in 1980.
Since that time he has worked tirelessly to preach the Gospel, reach the lost and nurture believers, helping them to become strong, well rooted servants of God.
Rev. Rudolph's voice is not only heard in the church, but also in the community.
He has a strong passion to help all people and his hearts desire is to see individual lives transformed by the power of God.
Rev. Rudolph was instrumental in the establishment of several outreach programs to both improve the quality of life and demonstrate God's love to the community.

A Family Man, Pastor Rudolph resides in East Orange, New Jersey with his wife, Lady Sheila and son, Joel, Jr. and daughter, LaShawn, and a precious granddaughter, Kristen Brianna.

These students were Stephanie Boyd, Eddie Cannon, Cathy Alexander, Gerald Massenburg, Hilda Beasley, the late Jerome Lee, Christopher Cottle, Renee Walker (Troublefield) and Rev. Joel D. Rudolph.
Rev. Rudolph was chosen to serve as the presiding minister for what was then called Interfaith Campus Ministries.In 1982, this small fellowship became an established church organization, which functioned on four college campuses (Upsala College, Kean College, Fairleigh Dickinson University-Rutherford and Seton Hall University) In 1982, Pastor Joel Rudolph was asked to speak at St. John.From that time, a bond was formed between the two churches.In 1984, as the Lord began to unfold His vision, Pastor Rudolph was named interim Pastor of St. John.A year later, he accepted the pastoral position.As the years followed, the Lord began to develop His vision in the uniting of the two churches. Through the Holy Spirit leading Pastor Rudolph, Interfaith Campus Ministries and St. John Divine Missionary Baptist Church became united as the Christian Fellowship Center and Outreach Ministries in 1988.
In 1992, the Lord called Pastor Wayne to a prophetic ministry and Pastor Joel D. Rudolph, Sr., who became the Apostle of the Voice of Believers Church, installed Rev. Timothy Purifory as Interim Pastor.
In December 1997, the Lord revealed to Pastor Rudolph that he was the "set man" for the Voice of Believers Church and gave him a vision for the ministry.
