Joseph Wolfsberger has over 40 years of experience with companies that have developed and operated world-class EHS programs.
He was the head of EHS for Baxter Healthcare, Eaton Corporation and Ingersoll Rand. Joe is also an Advisor to Enhesa's Board of Directors and holds the position of Senior Advisor for FDRSafety, a global provider of health and safety services. His past experience also includes work at Monsanto in multiple plant assignments as well as in a corporate role. In his role with FDRSafety as a Senior Advisor, he supports the integration of EHS management systems with lean manufacturing and sustainability initiatives. His expertise also includes Industrial Hygiene, machine guarding and general safety. Joe is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, and formerly a Registered Occupational Hygienist and Registered ISO 14001 Auditor. His current and past memberships include the American Industrial Hygiene Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, American Academy of Industrial Hygiene, Board of Certified Safety Professionals and the Canadian Board of Registered Occupational Hygienists. He has served on the board of the Corporate Responsibility Officer Association and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Central Missouri. Joseph Wolfsberger Joe previously was Vice President, Environment, Health and Safety for Ingersoll Rand Corporation, a global diversified industrial manufacturer. Prior to that, Joe was with Eaton and Baxter International where he served as Vice President, EHS. He has also held a variety of EHS leadership positions with Monsanto Company and OSHA. Joe specializes in occupational health/industrial hygiene, combustible dust issues, EHS management systems and risk assessment and EHS audit systems. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional.
