Following the BCJI grant presentation, Joe Minicozzi, a planner and the principal of Urban3, a consulting company created by Asheville, N.C., real estate developer Public Interest Projects, will deliver the keynote address on how the city's revenue sources are affected by different types of land development. The presentation will include information from a mapping project that began last spring to analyze property value data in Huntington.

"Mr. Minicozzi's presentation is a culmination of our research and will put the data we have gathered into a national perspective," City Planner Bre Shell said.
