Robin M. Hanes, 56, was also banned from future visits to the lot on the corner of East Market Street and 18th Street Northeast in the Woolen Mills neighborhood, owned by Joe Milby

"We're building a house on a vacant city lot," said Milby, of Sloan Milby Real Estate Partners.
The two neighbors complied when Milby
asked the three to leave the property at about 3:30 p.m., but Hanes refused and stood in front of the Norway spruce, Roberts said.
wife intended to move into the home once it was completed, but he
is unsure of whether they will follow through with those plans.
"I think time will tell," he
declined to comment further on the incident.
