Anderson Vice President - Real Estate Joe Anderson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 with a BA in Government along with a minor in Real Estate. He became a Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas later that year. Joe joined the commercial real estate appraisal firm of Pritchett, Ball, and White and moved his family to the Atlanta, Georgia area in 1986. He became a Georgia Real Estate broker that year as well. Joe has qualified as an expert witness in Superior Court and in Federal Court and brings years of experience in the valuation of going concern properties to National Restaurant Brokers. Joe has been active in his community over the years as well. He has served on several transportation study committees including the Atlanta Regional Commission's first Major Investment Study, which was conducted on the US 78 corridor. Joe Anderson for State Senate Joe got his start in the commercial appraisal business and was mentored by Jim Pritchett, MAI at Pritchett, Ball, and White, Inc. Joe stood up and spoke up. His research and involvement showed that the $100,000,000 road would not resolve traffic problems on US 78, as promised. For more than a decade Joe fought for the homeowners and taxpayers. Joe was told that you can't fight the GA DOT and win but he, with help from many friends, did just that. During that time, Joe was appointed to numerous government committees and boards including the Joint Snellville/Gwinnett County Transportation Study Team, the Snellville Planning Commission, the Atlanta Regional Commission MIS on US 78 and the Citizen Project Selection Committee for the 2001 SPLOST. Joe, Chase and Sydney Joe was also twice elected to the Snellville City Council. While on Snellville City Council during the Harrell Administration, Joe helped: Reduce the tax rate every year he was on council by cutting waste from the budget and empowering department heads to be prudent, Implement term limits for Mayor and Council, Implement an efficient and cost-effective solid waste collection program - saving homeowners over $7-million since inception in 2001, Joe appropriately resigned from the Council post after serving for almost four years.
