Mountain Bike Australia (MTBA) is pleased to welcome three new members of staff for 2015 - Denise Cox - Trails and Advocacy Development Manager, Jodie Willett - Junior Development Coach and Evan James - Junior Development Coordinator.
Jodie Willett is joining the team as the Junior Development Coach.
Jodie has an already provided extensive support to MTBA through her previous position on the management committee and provided knowledge and experience as a Level 2 MTB NCAS and UCI coach.
is passionate about teaching MTB skills to recreational MTB riders and coaching mountain bikers.
is also a passionate Elite mountain bike racer and has been for over 7 years.
In order to take up this new role, Jodie will be stepping down as MTBA Vice President.
Jodie and Evan will work closely with Shane Coppin, MTBA CEO, and Jolene Cullen, the Sports Program Manager.
Both Evan and Jodie
will have remote desks due to the high travel requirements and varying working environments required for these positions.
