Sales Manager, UK & Ireland
is responsible for the management, training and support of the UK & Ireland divisional teams.
role involves direct communication with the international management team, and the board of directors, to improve business performance and operational effectiveness, set targets and budgets, and report sales figures and forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
The key focal areas of Joanna's role are overseeing the performance and activity of the UK & Ireland sales teams' and managing & developing relationships with existing and new clients - to ensure the development of effective sales & marketing strategies; through client meetings, competitor analysis and identification of new business opportunities.
is also the key point of contact for the recruitment, training and development of sales staff at all levels, within the UK & Ireland teams.
