employees.Prior to joining ALIS, Ms. Sangl worked as a Human Resources Consultant in Harwich, Massachusetts; and a Regional Human Resources Manager for a wholesale grocer in Connecticut and Massachusetts.Ms. Sangl managed the staffing process; validated compliance with federal and state laws; developed and redesigned training programs for new employees; ensured proactive, service oriented Human Resources offices; and managed all aspects of employee relations to include retention based programs, compliance, benefits administration, Affirmative Action Program, problem resolution, and production and quality based recognition programs.Ms. Sangl
