Jo-Anne Pitera has more than 25 years experience in consulting, training, performance consulting, and change management.She has held a number of key positions in Fortune 500 companies, including vice president of human resources and information technology training.A recognized leader in the field, she was on the National Board of Directors for The American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and is currently a member of the ASTD Board Nominating Committee for 2002.
A licensed organizational psychologist, her
major projects have been in strategy formation, 360 assessment, leadership and career development, executive coaching, succession planning, and designing transformational change management strategies to help companies improve bottom line performance.She
has co-authored chapters on changing corporate culture and travels internationally conducting workshops and seminars on a wide variety of topics in human performance improvement. Jo-Anne received her doctorate degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, and has a Master's degree in counseling psychology from Nova University.
