Jo Addy joins PATH's board of directors
Jo Addy, MBA, MPA, a veteran corporate strategist and international economist, was elected to PATH's board of directors this month.
Ms. Addy is the founder and managing director of Alsweb, which designs strategic platforms for global for-profit and nonprofit clients.
has implemented business development initiatives throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia and has developed systems and metrics to monitor political and business risk for World Bank
and commercial bank international portfolios.

Ms. Addy previously served as vice president for administration and communications for Plebys International, helping to secure $40 million in social capital for clean water technologies that reached 3 million people within five years.
She also served as founder and president of UniMed Ventures Inc., in Accra, Ghana, a medical supply distributorship.
Ms. Addy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Adelphi University in New York and a Master in Public Administration degree with specialization in corporate governance from the Harvard Kennedy School.
A graduate of Smith College, she
achieved doctoral candidacy in economics at Stanford University
