n WHEELCHAIR TENNIS PROMOTER HONORED: The United States Tennis Association (USTA) announced Wednesday that Jim Rackett, of Springboro, has been named the Brad Parks Award.Rackett was instrumental in starting the Southern Ohio Wheelchair Tennis Club in Middletown and instructs and recruits new tennis players.He also serves as co-tournament director of the USTA/Midwest Section USA Tennis Wheelchair Championship, held annually in October in Middletown.
