Please return it to our President, Jim Natividad, by regular mail, as soon as possible but no later than the end of July.

As I mentioned, this is your best guess about attending. Jim will use it to estimate how many people will be taking part in the dinners and the hospitality and meeting room capacities neewded. So help us out by completing and returning the form ASAP.

Jim Natividad did a Yeoman's job of handling all of the reunion finances and making up the members packets. Jim also did a great job on seeing that our Hospitality Room was well stocked with various libations and snacks.

Our President, Jim Natividad, opened the meeting by requesting nominations for Board Members. Receiving none from the floor Jim nominated the current Board for another tour of duty which passed by acclimation. Your old and new Board members are Jim Natividad (Scheyern 47-54) President, Ray Lash (Scheyern 53-57) Vice President and Ralph Thadeus (Scheyern 53-56) Treasurer/Editor .

Special thanks have to go out to Ray Lash who provided us with some great recorded oom-pa-pa music, to Gabriele Atkinson the consummate hostess for her efforts to keep things lively and moving along and to the "Memmingen Gang" for their kind remarks and gifts to Natividad and me.

Our on-site coordinator, JIM NATIVIDAD (Scheyern 47-54), reports that we are running a little below our Planning Profile returns. If you sent in your Planning Profile and said you were coming, now is the time to return your Reservation Request so Jim can get the meal counts correct. If your plans have changed, please let Jim know so he can adjust accordingly. Right now the confirmations stand at 69, about 34 people short of what had been turned in on the profiles. Jim's e-mail address is natividad1374@yahoo.com.

Bring your favorite German CD's along for the Bavarian Evening music. Jim has also arranged for a keyboard musician to play for you at the Banquet.

Jim Natividad (Scheyern 47-54), our President and current reunion coordinator, tells us that all systems are go for our reunion in Myrtle Beach, SC, October 14th-16th. Jim says that there are still rooms available at the hotel for any late comers who want to attend. See our web site (click on above) for reunion details and hotel contact information. If you do decided to be a late comer, and want to attend either the Bavarian Evening Dinner or the Banquet, please contact Jim at the hotel during the afternoons or evenings of the 13th or 14th. The number there is 1-800-845-0658.

The Hospitality Room will be open about noon on Thursday and should be well stocked except for a selection of wine. Since there are not many wine drinkers among us Jim suggests that those who partake of the fermented grape bring along a bottle of their favorite to share.
And, last but not least, Jim advises everyone to bring along their bathing suits and take advantage of all the water activities available.
