20-year tenure, he
created and delivered outside services and products, and served across a spectrum of advisory and executive positions. Mr. Boardman served as a Trustee Member of the Teamsters Joint Council, 1992, which had nearly 60,000 clients.He
negotiated insurance benefits with multiple hospital and physician groups for 25,000 employees as well as negotiated and managed in excess of 75 collective bargaining agreements with various corporations throughout California. Mr. Boardman also served as a Trustee of the Teamsters and Food Employers Security Trust Fund, one of the largest jointly managed Taft-Hartley Trusts in the country, which managed over $50 million per year in employee benefits. In 1996, Mr. Boardman left the Teamsters Union and formed Boardman Holland and Associates.BHA
delivered reduced premiums to over 1.2 million new members of California Union Trust Funds.Continuing with his
success in developing Union business for third-party providers, BHA
formed InterHealth Technologies
in 2000.InterHealth Technologies
