Other spots in the plaza, which were vacated within the past two years, aren't being grabbed quickly "mostly because they're so big," said Jim Blumberg, senior retail consultant with Robin Realty.
"People need only 5,000 or 3,000 feet," he
said."Those don't split up as well economically for the owners or the tenant."Blumberg
