Background
Prior to forming Conduit Consulting, Jillian advised internal and external clients as Vice President-Corporate Development at SONY and as a member of its SONY US Venture team, as a Strategy Consultant during her 4-year tenure at Pricewaterhouse-Coopers and in other roles.
She has managed within and provided services to companies of all sizes.
From these roles,
Jillian gained extensive experience managing projects and relationships as well as Strategic Planning, Research & Development, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Production & Operations and Sales activities.

Jillian was selected as Central and East European Development (CEED) Program Fellow to enhance a local company's ability to compete in a free market economy, facilitate privatization as well as support reconstruction and economic development within the region.
Being committed to both helping businesses compete in a global economy and creating jobs to bolster regional economies, in addition to her consulting work Jillian has taught International Business as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Monica College and has been actively involved with professional associations and community organizations.
Activities include producing Entrepreneurship and Intraprenuership seminars for Executive and Senior Management personnel and providing career coaching to individuals at all levels.

Additionally, after majoring in Marketing at Arizona State University, Jillian went on to study at American College of the Applied Arts' Los Angeles and London campuses where she graduated cum laude , receiving a B.F.A. in Design.
