Jill Gilbert's work is well esteemed by her colleagues in the industry and she has earned the trust and respect of the clients she serves.
We hired Jill to help evaluate and select the best HSE database (EMIS) on the market for the money. Jill did a tremendous job. I whole-heartedly recommend her. She is a great HSE/IT consultant. Corporate Director EHS and Process Safety, Energy Company I have known Jill for over 25 years through our membership and active participation in the Air and Waste Management Association. Working with Jill has always been a rewarding experience. She not only brings her technical knowledge to bear on problem solving, she also brings her ability to work effectively with volunteers from very different backgrounds to achieve common goals for the association and those participating in their activities. She has constantly demonstrated both management and leadership skills in these endeavors. Jill Gilbert exhibited great professionalism, top notch interpersonal skills, excellent subject matter expertise and outstanding organizational and communication skills during all phases of the software selection. As the engagement director, I felt extremely comfortable with Lexicon's day to day management of the project. Since 2005, I have had the pleasure of working with Jill as a contractor on several EHS projects that included software assessments, writing executive whitepapers, speaking at events such as our user group meetings and presenting webinars. Jill is very well prepared and has a solid understanding of the EHS industry. On top of that, I consider her a real friend and I am very comfortable working with her again and again. Jill is diligent, thoughtful, detailed, professional and confidential. We always get great value from her work. Jill Barson Gilbert understands business operations and how IT services best serve organizations for optimized process flow. She has worked with the Board of Directors of A&WMA for over a decade to provide excellent organizational business management analysis and executive advice on how best to team people, processes and hardware/software. I highly recommend [Gilbert's] services. Her work is always high quality, she works well with external staff in teams, she is ever cognizant of schedule and budget, and she makes projects both inspiring and worthwhile. She gets positive results and organizations are left with superior products and services. Working with Jill, I was always confident that she was providing the best solution; not just what was popular or convenient, but what would work for our company considering our situation, resources, and company personality. Jill is a pioneer in Environmental Management Information Systems technology. She is well known in her field, fair in her analysis and a great writer. We shared experience in technical administration at a major international non-profit. Later I helped hire Jill to manage a difficult project. At completion, she became a private consultant for our corporate parent who is still a client. Jill is knowledgeable and diligent and should be evaluated in all cases for help on projects.
