Jessie Levine was born and raised in Hopkinton, NH, and graduated from Dartmouth College in 1992 with a degree in English and education.
She worked in Boston as a paralegal and litigation department administrator before leaving to manage a small start-up law firm for three years.
After eight years in Boston, she returned to New Hampshire in August 2000 to take the position of Town Administrator in New London.
Jessie is the vice chair of the New Hampshire Local Government Center and past-president of the New London Rotary Club and of the New Hampshire Municipal Management Association.

She is currently working on her masterâ€™s degree in public administration at UNH in Manchester.
