has won the Culinary Arts Gold Medal and many of his
students have also won gold medals.
As the corporate Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef for Azar's
developed and opened the Moonraker and the Wharf restaurants in the 1970's.Jerry
has also been with the fine dining restaurants and Clubs such as, Olympia Athletic Club and the Fort Wayne Country Club
was the intregal person who developed the Culinary Arts Institute at Ivy Tech State College
in Fort Wayne since 1994.He
taught classes in classical and modern cooking techniques, ice sculpting, tallow, salt dough and bread creations, supervisory development and nutrition.
