has taught courses in Entrepreneurship since 1972, teaching and counseling more than 22,000 aspiring and practicing entrepreneurs throughout the United States and Canada.He is chairman of the Southwest Venture Forum, a bimonthly meeting of entrepreneurs, venture investors, and the professionals who serve them.He is also co-founder of the Dallas 100 Awards, an annual event that identifies and honors the 100 fastest growing, privately held companies in Dallas.
Mr. White has served in board and advisory positions for a number organizations including: Control Systems International, Inc., energy management systems where he also served as Secretary; CEO Institute, an organization for professional development of CEOs; Dallas Business Finance Corporation, a non-profit organization which provides financial assistance to South Dallas minority entrepreneurs; Service Strategies Inc., customer satisfaction surveys and quality assurance specialists; Texas Capital Network, a non-profit network designed to introduce investors to entrepreneurs based on mutual business interests; Maguire Energy Institute, which promotes the study of oil and gas policy issues, markets, and management of the world's oil and gas resources; Data Medical Associates, Inc., a medical chemistry manufacturer, where he also served as corporate secretary; and Claim Services Resource Group, medical insurance claims processing temporaries, where he also served as corporate secretary; Intelligraphics, software design firm specializing in driver technology. Mr. White

and has been quoted in newspapers and magazines throughout the country.He
