Anchor Inn remained on goalie Jerry Suplicki the entire night, and the first period seemed to be the worst.
The second period saw another early goal on Suplicki (35) at 13:43, but Anchor Inn's lead didn't last for long. Shortly after his goal, Salafia was man-handled a little more on the ice, as was goalie Suplicki, Warner-who lost his helmet, and Pasono, once again, pushed around in front of the net. Suplicki (35) made some great saves, but took some hard hits as frustrated Anchor Inn players repeatedly missed their shots on goal. Then, one man down, at 1:38 in the third period, Anchor Inn took advantage of the lack of defense on net, using a secret weapon whom no one believed was a good player at all: Hashbrown! They scored quickly on Suplicki (35), tying the game once again. Jerry Suplicki - 30 saves

Gator goalie Jerry Suplicki (35) did a great job keeping out over forty shots throughout the night, with much help from two particular defenders, Frank Warner (5) and Seth Sealfon (2).

At the start of the second period, the Beavers got one by goalie Jerry Suplicki (35), and started off on the penalties soon after.
The third period saw the most action, however. Again, the Beavers scored on Suplicki (35), but were soon met with Gator offense just under one minute later, as Dave Salafia scored his second of three goals, assisted by Brian Pasono (17), and Mark Kretschmann (7). Suplicki (35) had (about) 41 saves for the night, and, according to Mr. S, Brian had "one too many dipsy doodles.

The Bulldogs shooting, however, seemed to be a challenge to block with all the head shots at Gators' goalie Jerry Suplicki (35).

Defense struggling to keep up with The Antiques, another goal made it past goal Jerry Suplicki (35) in the second period, leaving The Gators down 2-1.The third period proved to seal the deal for The Antiques. With both teams skating hard and traveling back and forth from net to net, it was hard to count, but The Antiques managed fourteen shots on Suplicki (35) while The Gators had a mere three opportunities to make up the points. The Antiques were able to get one more shot in past Suplicki (35) before The Gators decided to pull their goalie and play with six men on the ice.Excellent defending (again) by Warner, Ryan, and Suplicki (19), and some tremendous saves by Suplicki (35).Jerry SuplickiJerry Suplicki with 27 saves
