early apprenticeship at London's Royal Lancaster and progressed rapidly, holding senior positions, in both London and internationally.His
most recent assignment, prior to hanging up his
hat, was as Executive Chef i/c Food and Beverage at the 6* Soneva Gili resort in the Maldives.
With almost 30 years experience in the kitchen and food & beverage, the last 15 at Executive level, Jerry's understanding and knowledge of the trade is extensive.His
travels and experience stretch around the world.He
has covered both large city centre operations, with both national and international groups, through to exclusive boutique resorts and privately owned operations.
A Master Chef of Great Britain and holder of Welsh "Chef of the Year" on two occasions, he
will be specifically concentrating on the UK domestic market.Jerry joins the HOCAPS Group on its 30th anniversary and is keen to now make his mark in the field of recruitment within HOCAPS and Simply Chefs.
