"The transportation industry is about to undergo the most sweeping regulatory change in many years," Geertsma
Those changes are carried in new regulations that were slated for 2010 but will go into effect next year: the Compliance, Safety, Accountability, or CSA, rules.
"You really want to understand how CSA works," Geertsma
"I want every carrier who comes in to bring it up, or I bring it up."
