Jennifer Hayes is an associate with Foley & Lardner and is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Hayes
was an associate with a bankruptcy litigation firm, where her
practice consisted of counseling and assisting clients with respect to bankruptcy, commercial and civil litigation, along with appellate practice.
Ms. Hayes earned her J.D. (magna cum laude, 2005) from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
While in law school, she was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team.
She received her B.A. (cum laude, 2001) in political science, minor in history, from the University of Florida.
is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Hayes is also a member of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
