installed and implemented an electronic reporting mechanism at the church which streamlined the entire financial system and is still in use today. Mr. Estep joined American Spirit Federal Credit Union in Newark , Delaware as a staff accountant and was later promoted to Vice President of Financial and Lending Operations and finally to Executive Vice President of the 10,000 member, $42 million dollar credit union.Mr. Estep was responsible for the community charter that the credit union was granted in 1999 and worked with AFTECH (A Fiserv resource provider) in building an in-house financial system for the credit union.During his tenure at the credit union, Mr. Estep was elected Treasurer of the Delaware Credit Union League Credit Union Services Organization (DELCU Financial Services, LLC.) and President of the Delaware Association for Bank Security where we worked with all size financial institutions in preventing losses, mitigating risks, and increasing profitability.Mr. Estep also joined the Newark Rotary Club and was awarded the Rookie Rotarian of Year Award for his service in increasing Rotarian communication via the internet. Mr. Estep joined the law firm of Morris, James, Hitchens, and Williams as the firm controller.

also worked to re-write the firm's antiquated policy manuals and procedures and built an internal control plan for the entire firm. In 2001, Mr. Estep was asked to join AFTECH, A Fiserv resource that builds solutions for financial, insurance, and other business entities all over the world.Mr. Estep joined AFTECH to improve client relationships and reestablish the mechanisms used for communicating with clients.
