Jeff's parents always encouraged him to pursue whatever options he found interesting. They have always been "key stakeholders in my career development," Jeff states. His first step forward, and a significant personal event, was to graduate from college. What keeps Jeff so grounded? Family and faith are his foundation. Jeff and his wife, Lisa Denisar-Ward, share their home with two canine companions, Sophia and Giovanni. Networking, exploring a variety of assignments, and checking out relocation opportunities have propelled Jeff to heights with transparent ceilings. He believes, "Whether it's in the form of motivation, spiritual guidance, or career development, I feel as if I'm destined to help people realize their full potential.
