Ponca City native Jeff Eubank, U.S. Deputy Chief of Protocol for the United States, is getting ready to play another role on the world stage.Eubank, a member of President George Bush's administration, both as president and governor of Texas, has recently accepted the position as vice president, International Relations for the New York Stock Exchange.
This means a move to New York from Washington, D.C., but still as an active participant on the international scene.
