As a CEO, hedge fund manager, designer, entrepreneur, educator, mentor and consultant Jeff has a diverse and unique career spanning more than 25 years of executive leadership. Jeff later expanded on the ideas of Conscious Capitalism® to form Concinnity Advisors, a hedge fund focused on identifying and investing in companies operating from a more holistic, long-term value mindset.
Prior to forming Concinnity Advisors Jeff was the co-head of research for Multi stakeholder investment strategies for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund based in Stamford, CT. Immediately before that Jeff spent 20 years as founder and CEO of Lloyd Lamont Design, Inc. a multifaceted management, architecture and technology consulting firm, which, after being named as one of the fastest growing privately held companies by Inc. Magazine was acquired by a strategic investor in 2006.
Jeff received his Bachelors of Architecture and Masters of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He also completed extended executive study courses at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Program for Growing Companies. Jeff is currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, ANSI Investor Metrics Workgroup as well as the Industry Working Groups (IWG) for the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).
He was recently a guest class speaker on the issues of sustainability and investing at the Columbia University, Earth Institute Center for Environmental Research and Conservation.

Mr. Cherry is Senior Associate & Executive Coach for LeadFirst Learning Systems, LLC. His 25-year career includes professional positions as designer, entrepreneur, CEO, educator, executive coach and consultant. The arch of his career increasingly applies the design process to business thinking.
In 1986, Mr. Cherry founded Lloyd Lamont Design, Inc. (LLD) an architectural design practice, based on the premise that design and the design process could inform and inspire organizational culture and strategic alignment. LLD brought together management consultants, technologists, computer engineers and cultural anthropologists to create a full service design, technology and management consultancy to create integrated business operating environments. In 1997 LLD was named one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc. Magazine. LLD grew from two employees to 150 with revenues of more than $12 million.
In 2006, Mr. Cherry partnered with Firms Of Endearment co-authors and LeadFirst Leadership Academy faculty David Wolfe and Raj Sisodia to co-found The Concinnity Group, LP (TCG).

In addition to consciously guiding executives to manage their culture, physical environment, work processes and technology as an integrated whole, Mr. Cherry's operating experience includes building and managing relationships with a vast network of partners and independent professionals, managing day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar organization, guiding M&A and spin-off activities, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Mr. Cherry earned a Master of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America where he was later a critic for the Graduate Architectural Program, and served as a member of the selection committee for the CUA Architectural School thesis award.
Many of Mr. Cherry's passions manifested themselves in unique ways through the experience of building companies throughout the years. One of those, his passion for food and wine resulted in the design, concept development and construction of a number of restaurants in the Washington DC area, including co-ownership in a Washington, DC restaurant.
