With accountability for hundreds of applications that are central to the patient care and business solutions, and providing innovative enhancements as well as Tier 1 and 2 support to the CTCA national network of hospitals and corporate entities, Jeff organized functional teams that were built for success and that created leaders to carry tomorrow. Prior to CTCA, Jeff has worked as an international technology and management consultant, founded a boutique IT strategy consulting business, guided product strategy across 7 countries and then led North American technology operating division for Innovation Group PLC. Other achievements include being a driving force behind starting and growing 150 person on/offshore tech company from the ground up; and leading multidisciplinary $30+ million transformational programs at Sentry Insurance.
