He holds a law degree from the University of Shanghai Law School and is a member of the National Bar of China.
After completing his law degree, he worked for three years as in-house counsel at China National Chemicals Import & Export Corp Shanghai where he gained legal experience in international trade and antidumping cases.
He then worked three years at Praxair China, a subsidiary of a U.S. Fortune 500 company, also in Shanghai, where his experience included foreign investment, distribution and taxation in China.
counsels U.S. and Chinese companies with regard to pesticide, chemical, and food and drug requirements in the U.S. and China.
