Since joining the staff in the 2006-2007 season, Clark has helped guide the Wildcats to seven of the most successful seasons in school history. Clark has been on the bench for four Elite Eight runs in the NAIA National Tournament as well as a NCCAA National Championship season. Since he has been on staff, the Wildcats have posted a 161-50 record and won five MCC/Crossroads League Championships, the only five in school history.
Clark has been named the Indiana Basketball News top NAIA Assistant four times. He is involved in all phases of Wildcat basketball but focuses on post player development and game preparation, while also serving as the recruiting coordinator. Clark's specialty is developing post players, and he was instrumental in the development of 1st Team All-American Zach Coverstone as well as the emergence of two-time, 2nd Team All-American Patrick Hopkins.
Prior to joining the Wildcat coaching staff, Clark had a four-year basketball career at Anderson (Ind.) University where he was a two-year captain and was twice named to the Academic All-Conference team.
Clark graduated magna cum laude from Anderson with a double major in Business Administration and Secondary Education. He completed his Masters of Science Management in February 2010 from Indiana Wesleyan. Clark and his wife Tiffany reside in Marion with their sons Joshua and Caleb.

As a talented strategist, Clark has been instrumental in guiding the Wildcats to one of the Nations highest winning percentages in his 6 years (.700). His ability to break down the game and teach it effectively has produced 4 All-Americans in such a short period of time. Under his tutelage, three times a Wildcat has been named MCC New-Comer of the Year. Even more impressive, three Wildcats have extended their careers as professional basketball players. For his efforts, Coach Clark has been named the nations top NAIA assistant coach for 3 consecutive years.
Clark helped the Wildcats to another outstanding recruiting class this year while being named the Indiana Basketball News top NAIA Assistant for the fourth consecutive season. Clark is involved in all phases of Wildcat basketball but focuses on post player development and game preparation while serving as the recruiting coordinator. During his playing career, Clark spent a summer in Russia playing basketball with Athletes in Action against Russian professional teams. Clark was also one of the founders of Anderson University's Athletes in Action chapter
