ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Jeannie Von Stultz, PhD, is the Director of Mental Health Services for Bexar County Juvenile Probation and a licensed psychologist.
She provides administrative oversight for the probation supervision of specialized populations including juveniles with mental health needs, substance use difficulties, sexual offense histories, as well as those juveniles who require residential treatment.
