Jeannie has been teaching, training, and coaching English since 1987 when she completed her master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
has taught writing at the college level, in corporate settings, and in manufacturing environments, as well as working one-on-one by phone and out of her
home office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
As the owner of Ideas

has also designed and developed a dozen workshops on writing and communication skills and delivered training to over 21,000 participants since 1990.
