Jeanne Fick has been with Trams and ClientBase Products and Services since 1999, and in education for over 40. In her capacity as Implementation/Training/Support Manager, she oversees (with a great team) the complete product implementation process from installation to training to support. Also responsible for documentation, Jeanne compiles the Help Files found inside Trams and ClientBase Products and Services programs. She is a former Peace Corps volunteer serving in Swaziland, Africa and also taught for some time in American Samoa. Jeanne enjoys hiking, sports, and helping out in the community.
