Principal - Jean K. Losey
Mrs. Losey has had vast educational experiences during her 35 years as an educator.
Upon graduation from the University of Arizona, she
taught school in Tucson.
then moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where she
implemented the first classroom for Learning Disabled children in the Albuquerque School District
After moving to Fresno she continued teaching, became a Vice Principal and had various other administrative assignments until her appointment as principal.
Mrs. Losey has been a principal in a variety of school settings: both large and small K-6 campuses, a large multi-tract year round school, a very popular K-8 magnet school (became a CA Distinguished School while she was principal), and prior to her retirement opened the first K-6 Charter School in Fresno.
Upon retirement, Mrs. Losey served as a principal coach to principals new to their positions and later began working as a consultant in the private sector focusing on curriculum, assessment and leadership development.
As a professional educator, Mrs. Losey's primary focus is on the well-being and academic success for all students.

Articulation and adherence to the school's goals and objectives and ensuring/supporting implementation of these goals with the faculty, staff and community is a priority to Mrs. Losey
