Jean Craciun is considered by many to be the most innovative, applied market researcher in Alaska.
sociological training and qualitative research skills enable her
to help organizations solve tough marketing problems in Alaska, nationally and internationally.
For the past twenty-four years, Ms. Craciun
has conducted comprehensive marketing research projects throughout the state of Alaska, the Lower 48 and the World.
From 1991-94, she worked abroad for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Under a USAID grant to the Academy for Educational Development
(AED), Ms. Craciun
served as a key resource to a social conversion project designed to foster the development of economic reform and democratization in Russia.
became an independent business in June 1989, growing steadily each year since then.

Consequently, it is no surprise that her

Graduating Cum Laude from Cleveland State University with a Master's Degree in Sociology, Ms. Craciun's training focused on Research Methodology.
Her undergraduate degree is in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Cincinnati.
Craciun did work on a doctoral degree in Human Resources Education from Boston University through a collaborative program at Alaska Pacific University.
She teaches graduate-level International Marketing and Marketing Strategy and Research courses at Alaska Pacific University.
Jean Craciun is a sociologist and her firm Craciun Research has been doing business in Alaska for over twenty years.
I have had the opportunity to work with Ms. Craciun many times, most recently on my campaign for United States
Senator in 2008.
