James "Louie" Landers, 45, of Athens, and Jennifer Womac, 36, of Niota, were due in court in Meigs County Thursday but Criminal Court Judge Jayne Johnston-Crowley agreed with a motion by Ninth District Attorney General Russell Johnson to delay the hearings back until Nov. 5.
On Oct. 1, Johnston-Crowley reduced the bond of both suspects from $500,000 to $100,000, but both remain incarcerated in Meigs County jail at this time.
