Jason Stiff Meteorologist for Action 7 News
Stiff joined the Action 7 News team in September 2004 as the meteorologist for Action 7 News Live This Morning and Action 7 News Live at Noon.
Jason was Chief Meteorologist at KNDO-TV/KNDU-TV in Kennewick, Wash., before he came to Action 7 News. Prior to that, he worked at KIFI-TV in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and KUTV-TV in Salt Lake City. He holds the prestigious designation of "Certified Broadcast Meteorologist" from the American Meteorological Society (AMS).
He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in meteorology from the University of Utah. As an undergraduate, he also worked for the National Weather Service in Salt Lake City. When he isn't busy forecasting the weather, Jason loves to watch and play sports. He is also a big fan of movies, music, and staying in shape.
