Jason Smeland, P.E. of Lenape Valley Engineering was in attendance and presented the revised version of the plan relocating the proposed lot from an interior lot to a lot fronting Sunday Road. A shared driveway would still be employed to access both lots. The revised lot would also be reduced to 3.2 acres in size.
The Township Engineers Review Letter of October 28, 2011 was reviewed by Mr. Smeland and all items are a "will comply" except for the waver requests as submitted on their letter dated 11-01-2011.

Mr. Smeland oversees the design and permitting of various projects within the company. The Township Engineers Review Letter of October 28, 2011and November 02, 2011 were reviewed by Mr. Smeland and all items are a "will comply" except for the waver requests as submitted on his letter dated 11-01-2011. The only corrections to the waiver request approvals are to install pins/monuments on all building area corners and to provide an aerial photograph (which he did provide) in lieu of existing features (section 504(b) 13. The question of installing concrete monuments and/or iron pins at all locations was discussed. Mr. Smeland did not feel that they could be installed in certain areas due to steep slopes and cliffs.
