Paul Mullen, Esquire, and Jason Smeeland, engineer, were present to discuss the Forrest Tract subdivision.
discussed the proposed subdivision plan, which is an 8 lot neighborhood cluster subdivision plan with on-lot water and sewer and deed restricted open space.Mr. Smeeland
stated that he
is in receipt of a waiver letter from LTL Consultants dated October 25, 2007 and that he
is intending to remove one of the lots on the proposed subdivision plan, which shall make it easier to address any of the engineering concerns on this waiver letter.Mr. Smeeland
stated that there will be a walking trail through the open space for the involved homeowners.
Mr. Young stated that the Township engineer will work with Mr. Smeeland
to discuss the detention basins and that the Township Planner will also work with Mr. Smeeland
on the plan.
Mr. Young also stated that the Township attorney will need to discuss the homeowners' association and other issues with Mr. Smeeland
