Jason currently serves as the C.E.O. of The Common Man Family of Restaurants in Ashland, NH.
Jason began his career with The Common Man as a dishwasher at the age of 14 at The Common Man in Ashland.
Over the years, he
has held numerous positions within The Common Man
family, including prep cook, server, bartender, general manager, executive general manager and director of operations.
In 2000, Jason became CEO overseeing the daily operations of the Common Man Family.

Family, currently celebrating its 40th year of success, consisting of 18 restaurants, 2 inns, day-spa, retail store, playhouse and performance theatre as well as management company earned state wide honors in being named NH's Hospitality Employer of the Decade in 2010.
Continuing in the grass roots tradition of Common Man, Jason balances his administrative role with taking a hands-on approach to be able to monitor the true heartbeat of the company.

A CHART member since 2007, Jason has served as mentor, presenter, and on several conference teams.

Graduating from Plymouth State University (then Plymouth State College) in 1994, he earned a degree in business finance management with an economics minor.

was inducted into the Inaugural PSU Business Hall of Fame
also holds the professional certifications of Food Managing Professional and ServSafe.
Additionally he annually mentors over 150 business students from Plymouth State University and St. Anselm College as well as serves on Ashland's Fabulous 4th Committee, The New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association Board of Directors and on the advisory board for SubItUp, an employee on-line scheduling start up in Manchester, NH.
